Sailing Experience
Hannah began sailing at the age of 12, starting off with an intense fear of capsizing. Twelve years later and she has spent every summer on the water, teaching young sailors to have the same passion and joy for sailing that she has. She has risen from a junior instructor to a head instructor and program director. Hannah has completed her Level 1 Sailing Instructor license and has experience of motor boat operation up to 40 feet.


Experience
Hannah learned how to sail at Sail Salem in Salem, Massachusetts. She has worked at the Marblehead Parks and Recreation Sailing Program and the Boston Yacht Club Sailing Program. She has experience sailing and teaching on Optis, 420s, Precisions, and keel boats. Hannah has extensive lesson planning knowledge and has created curriculums for the programs that she has worked at. She has also managed instructors, run pre-season and post-season sessions, and communicated with parents and the surrounding communities.
